Music

“Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.” - Psalms 95:1

“Music is the tool to express life—and all that makes a difference,” Herbie Hancock.

Our Music curriculum is designed to ignite curiosity and inspire a love for music in students. Through engaging classroom activities, we introduce students to a variety of musical styles, genres, and cultural traditions from around the world, while fostering a deep understanding of the elements of music, including rhythm, melody, harmony, and form. Pupils will develop a range of musical skills, such as playing instruments, reading music, composing, and listening critically. We also encourage students to explore their own musical ideas and questions, empowering them to experiment with sound and create their own compositions as part of their learning journey.

In the Music booklet you will find:
